About Fun Group Workouts: Dance, Aerobics & More

Our sessions use trending Bollywood tracks to make cardio fun, whether we are doing stepper aerobics or HIIT circuits. You will not just sweat; you will actually look forward to showing up because you are part of a squad, not just a number on a weight machine.

At Route to Fitnness, we believe working out should be the best part of your day, not a chore you tick off a list. Our group classes in Vikaspuri and Paschim Vihar are designed to break the monotony of standard gym routines. We combine dance-based fitness—think Zumba and Bhangra—with group stepper aerobics to keep your heart rate up and your mood even higher.
