- Striking Gear: Usage of Goodwin Champions Choice heavy bags, speed bags, and communal kick pads.
- Gym Floor: Full unrestricted access to the fitness floor featuring Italian Technogym cardio and strength machines.
Amenities & Recovery
- Steam & Showers: Access to separate steam rooms for men and women, plus changing rooms with shower facilities.
- Facilities: Usage of daily lockers and on-site parking at Lehri Arcade.
- Guidance: Floor supervision by certified combat trainers during scheduled hours to correct stance and form.

MMA & Kickboxing - Pick Your Path
We run dedicated programs for both MMA classes for beginners and pros, and also for folks wanting to focus on kickboxing strength workouts.
- MMA: You’ll get hands-on with striking drills (think pad work, heavy bags), controlled sparring (always with full gear), and all the mobility and conditioning needed to actually back it up.
- Kickboxing: This is where you build that knockout power. We use everything from sledgehammer swings to bag work, so your technique and raw strength both get sorted.
Women fighters are a big part of our crew - everyone’s welcome here.
How Training Works Here
We don’t just stick to the mats. Your combat sports training includes full gym access - free weights, platforms, calisthenics gear, the works. Building a strong, all-round fighter is what we care about.

My Story
We’re The Fit Nation, not just another gym in RT Nagar. Our thing? Turning workouts into a real family scene. Challenges, Bring a Friend days, and those Bolly Aerobics and Zumba classes – people just let loose and dance! Mr. Asia, Arshad Muhammed, keeps us all on track. And yeah, we’re proud Kannadigas – ‘Ellaru iru entaadaru iru, endendiguu nii kannadavaagiru’ (wherever, however, always be a Kannadiga). That’s how we roll here.
