- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session including warm-up and cool-down.
- Format: Mixed-group setting where men, women, and teenagers train together.

- Technique: Instruction on the 'Art of Eight Limbs' (fists, elbows, knees, and shins).
- Drills: Combination of partner pad work, focus mitts, and heavy bag rounds for endurance.

- Cardio: High-intensity skipping rope intervals and running drills.
- Calisthenics: Bodyweight circuits including knuckle pushups, squats, lunges, and burpees.

- Space: Shared multi-purpose studio (Dance/Arts hall) with mirrors.
- Flooring: Standard puzzle/interlocking foam mats for barefoot practice.
- Environment: Non-AC, fan-cooled training area.
1-on-1 Personal Muay Thai Training

- Volume: 12 private sessions per month (typically 3 sessions per week).
- Attention: 100% private training with the Lead Trainer or Senior Instructor.
- Timing: Flexible scheduling based on mutual convenience, generally outside peak group hours.
Customized Curriculum
- Accelerated Learning: Immediate feedback and correction of stance, footwork, and striking form.
- Focus: Tailored plans based on goals (Weight loss, Self Defense, or Fight Prep).
- Pad Work: Extended rounds where the trainer holds pads specifically for the client to simulate fight scenarios.

Building Fighter Strength & Flexibility
A strong body is key. I mix in strength and conditioning for fighters:
- Warm-ups and classic bodyweight stuff like squats and push-ups
- Barbells and dumbbells for practical strength
- Flexibility training for martial arts - deep stretching every session so your kicks fly high and you avoid injuries
All Levels Welcome
Doesn’t matter if you’ve never worn gloves or you’re already throwing combos. I train men, women, and kids. Special kids’ classes focus on discipline and confidence - not just fighting skills.
