About this collection

Every trainer here is ACE or equivalent certified, and we intentionally keep our class sizes small. This ensures you get direct, hands-on correction on your form, whether you are pushing through a HIIT session or perfecting your Animal Flow technique.

Your Training Environment

We designed our JP Nagar facilities to remove the common hurdles that make people quit fitness. Whether you train at our 3rd Phase or 7th Phase studio, you will find a consistent, high-standard environment. This includes a 10,000 sqft rooftop functional turf for open-air workouts and South Bengaluru’s only indoor, semi-Olympic heated pool, allowing for consistent training regardless of the weather.

Expert-Led Fitness

Our team is built on a foundation of sports science and physiotherapy. We prioritize proper biomechanics, which is why your induction includes a Body Composition Analysis. We do not believe in generic one-size-fits-all charts. Instead, your personal trainer uses their certification to map out a program that accounts for your current mobility and long-term goals. If you are recovering from an injury or just starting, our physio-led approach ensures you build strength without the risk of setback.
