For us, feeling good goes way beyond the gym. What you eat matters just as much as your workout, especially when you’re chilling on the weekend. So, we kicked off The Lotus Bistro right inside our JP Nagar center, all about "Good Food Good Mood." We only deliver on weekends - because that’s when you actually get time to treat yourself.

Our Weekend healthy meal box is basically your all-in-one meal plan, minus the headache of cooking. You get:
- One solid main (chicken, paneer, tofu, you pick)
- Brown rice or another healthy carb
- Salads and sides (like chickpea-pomegranate combo, always fresh)
- Bottled drink straight from our bistro

My Story
We started Lotus Fitness in JP Nagar, Bangalore, not just to add another gym, but to make fitness smarter and safer. My background’s in physio and healthcare, so I’ve seen enough folks hurt themselves or quit out of frustration. That’s why we built a place where you get proper guidance, a physio master trainer watching your form, and even a heated semi-Olympic pool for low-impact workouts. We love our local culture – Karnataka Rajyotsava celebrations and all. For us, it’s more than muscle, it’s about building a strong, supportive community.
