Because our team has a strong foundation in physiotherapy, we emphasize proper joint alignment in these routines to ensure you build strength safely. Whether you are traveling or working around a busy schedule, these 20-minute sessions are designed to keep your mobility high and your muscles engaged without needing a gym floor.
Why Our Home Workouts Work
Many people treat home workouts as random, high-impact jumping, but we apply the same clinical rigor here that we use on our gym floor in JP Nagar. We designed these routines to be sustainable. You aren't just burning calories; you are training your body to move with better mechanics, which is the cornerstone of injury prevention.
The Bodyweight Foundation
Our Day 1 to Day 4 series focuses on functional movements that build a strong base:
- Core Stability: Using planks and crunches to protect your lower back.
- Lower Body Power: Squats and lunges to maintain muscle mass and functional leg strength.
- Cardiovascular Health: Using HIIT-style intervals like mountain climbers to elevate your heart rate without needing a treadmill.
When to Transition Back to the Studio
These routines are excellent maintenance tools, but they are not full replacements for a professional facility. If you are in Bangalore, we recommend using these for your travel days. When you are in the city, visit our JP Nagar 7th Phase or 3rd Phase studios. There, you can access our heated, semi-Olympic pool and premium Technogym circuits for a more complete recovery and resistance protocol.
Remember, if a movement feels sharp or painful, stop immediately. If you have been struggling with a specific injury or persistent pain, our team is available at the studio to assess your needs before you dive into higher-intensity training.
