Analysis & Roadmap
- Pain Mapping: Identification of trigger points and differentiating between muscle fatigue and injury signals.

Manual Therapy & Active Rehabilitation Session
Manual Therapy (Passive Phase)
- Duration: Approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
- Techniques: Orthopedic Manual Therapy (OMT) to mobilize stiff joints and reduce tissue restriction.
- Pain Relief Modalities: Includes Dry Needling for trigger points, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (ISTM), and Kinesio Taping for inflammation control.
Active Rehabilitation (Active Phase)
- Duration: Approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
- Location: Utilizes the 10,000 sqft Rooftop Turf and Gym Floor for corrective exercises.
- Stability Training: Proprioception drills using Bosu balls, Balance boards, and Swiss balls.
- Strengthening: Functional movement rebuilding using TRX suspension trainers, light kettlebells, and resistance bands.
Recovery Amenities
- Steam Room: Complimentary post-session access to aid muscle relaxation.
- Hygiene: Fresh towels and sanitized equipment provided.

- If you’re coming back from an injury or surgery, I’ll guide you through a post-surgery rehab plan that focuses on getting you back to full strength safely.
- Support for chronic pain management, not just band-aid solutions. I’ll show you the difference between muscle soreness and “something’s off” pain.
- I work with all ages, including geriatric therapy and those who have long-term health conditions.
How I Work
- Hands-on care: orthopedic manual therapy techniques, dry needling, kinesio taping.
- Teach you self-care: I’ll show you how to use foam rollers and simple tools to speed up your own recovery.

We started Lotus Fitness in JP Nagar, Bangalore, not just to add another gym, but to make fitness smarter and safer. My background’s in physio and healthcare, so I’ve seen enough folks hurt themselves or quit out of frustration. That’s why we built a place where you get proper guidance, a physio master trainer watching your form, and even a heated semi-Olympic pool for low-impact workouts.
