Fitness is about pushing your limits. This video shows some of the dynamic and explosive movements we teach, from plyometric jumps to battle rope exercises, designed to build power and endurance.
Here, I demonstrate the Medicine Ball Russian Twist, showing both the basic and advanced versions. This is a great exercise for developing core strength and rotational power, and we teach the proper progression.
Teamwork and partner exercises are part of our coaching method. This video shows students working together on stretching and strength exercises, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment.

We do not run flashy, mirror-covered gyms meant for selfies. Our centers in Bangalore, Kochi, and Nilambur are built for learning with free weights, functional equipment, and dedicated floor space for biomechanics drilling. You are stepping into a workspace designed for hands-on, high-repetition practice.
When you visit our studios, you will not find rows of machines designed for passive convenience. You will find racks, barbells, and ample floor space. I built these facilities to mirror the reality of the fitness industry. My teaching philosophy is grounded in science. Whether we are discussing torque, moment arms, or basic exercise progression, I expect you to engage with the actual mechanics of the movement.
I am not just a tutor; I am a practitioner who believes in military-style discipline and clarity. Along with Neha Chopra Jim and Amrutha Vipin, I personally oversee the curriculum to ensure every student grasps the anatomy behind every repetition. We focus on the things that matter, like learning how to correct a squat, understanding joint mechanics, and managing a group class safely.
Our training environment is collaborative. You will often see students working together on stretching, spotting techniques, and partner exercises. This is intentional. The fitness industry is about people, and your ability to coach, correct, and encourage others is just as important as your theoretical knowledge. We are creating coaches who know how to solve problems for their clients rather than just tracking numbers on a logbook.
