We do not believe in rushing the tandoor. Every piece of chicken or mutton is marinated for at least 8 hours in our family's secret 100-year-old masala blend before it hits the charcoal. This process ensures the meat stays succulent and juicy right through to the bone, rather than drying out.

Gas tandoors simply cannot replicate the flavour profile we have been perfecting for 25 years. We source our paneer fresh every single morning and grind our spices in-house, because pre-packed powders just do not have the same soul.
