Our thalis are designed as a complete meal so you get a bit of everything without the stress of choosing. You get our signature slow-cooked Dal Makhani, bread straight from the charcoal tandoor, and our unique Tawa Veg, all served in one balanced tray that truly feels like ghar ka khana.
Why do we focus so much on thalis? Sometimes you want the full experience without having to decide between a starter, a main, and a side. It is the best way to taste the soul of our kitchen.
We do not do pre-made bulk batches. Each thali is assembled fresh. The Dal Makhani is the same one we have been slow-cooking for decades, the tandoori items are grilled over charcoal for that authentic smoky flavour, and the rotis are served hot, straight from the oven.
