About Tandoori Starters & Kebabs

We do not use gas grills or electric ovens. Every kebab you see here spends time in our traditional clay tandoor to get that specific, smoky char you cannot fake. When you order, we pack them immediately so the juices stay inside the meat or paneer, ensuring they arrive at your table as close to the fire as possible.

I started Punjabi Rasoi to bring true Punjabi flavours to Bangalore, and for me, the tandoor is the heart of the kitchen. If you are looking for starters that actually taste like they came off the charcoal fire, you are in the right place.

My recipes haven't changed since the day I started. The marinade for our Paneer Afghani and the spices in our Mutton Seekh are the same combinations I used when I was a cook in the kitchen years ago.
