Every single masala and spice blend you see us use is ground in-house, never mass-produced. My father personally oversees the consistency of every batch to ensure the taste stays true to the traditions we started with almost four decades ago.
Our story began in 1986. It was my father, Sri. Ranganath Iyengar, who laid the foundation for RR Caterers, which has now evolved into RVR Foods. When you walk into our kitchen, you do not just see caterers; you see a family. People like Rajanna and Shankaranna have been with us for years, treating every event like it is their own home function. We believe that true Iyengar catering is about more than just food. It is about the intent behind the preparation. We follow strict Sattvic principles, meaning you will never find onion or garlic in our meals. Whether we are serving 25 guests at a housewarming or 10,000 at a wedding, the devotion remains the same. Before any service, we pray to Annapurneshwari, asking for the health and well-being of everyone who tastes our cooking. We do not keep bulk-prepared items in storage. Whether it is our temple-style Puliyogare, crispy Aloo Bonda, or our homemade rasam powder, everything is prepared fresh only after you place your order. This approach ensures that you get the exact flavour profile my father perfected thirty-nine years ago. We handle live counters for dosas, traditional banana leaf meals, and everything in between.
