I was honored to train the late Puneeth Rajkumar, Appu sir. His spirit of "en madistira nanu madtini" (Whatever you make me do, I will do it) is my guiding principle. This video shows his incredible dedication to mastering difficult gymnastics moves like the back-lift and somersault.
This is the result of discipline. A well-defined physique with visible abs and strong biceps, achieved through a targeted muscle gain and fat loss program.
The barbell squat is the foundation of building raw power. Here, you can see the proper form and depth required to build serious leg strength and overall muscle mass.
My training incorporates gymnastics basics for real-world athleticism. A dynamic tumbling pass like this builds explosive power, coordination, and agility.
I guide my clients through every step, including how to properly display their hard-earned muscle. Here, I'm helping a client perfect his back-lat spread pose to showcase definition and width.

Using plate-loaded machines like the T-bar row is key for isolating and building a thick, strong back. This exercise is a staple in my strength and conditioning programs.

My Training Approach
I do not offer fads or quick fixes. My sessions are designed for those who want to see real, functional progress. We balance two distinct worlds: traditional bodybuilding for muscle mass and gymnastics for athletic agility. This is why I insist on intensity; if your mind is not in it, the body will not follow.
The Hybrid Method
- Strength & Hypertrophy: We use a 'no-nonsense' approach to weight training. This means prioritizing compound lifts like the barbell squat, bench press, and deadlift. You will learn to use plate-loaded machines and cable stations for maximum muscle tension.
- Gymnastics & Agility: For clients ready to push further, we move to the gymnastics floor. We work on fundamentals, from basic stretches to advanced flips and handstands. This is about building a body that can handle its own weight with precision.
