Tai Chi is more than fluid movement; it is a moving meditation to cultivate energy and internal strength. Discover my grounding practice in the heart of DLF Phase 4.

This video introduces the core principle of my Tai Chi practice: "Don't do Tai Chi, Feel Tai Chi." I demonstrate the fluid, continuous "Energy Ball Movement," showing how to move with intention and feel the Qi between your palms.

This is a classic Tai Chi posture, demonstrating how to stay grounded through the feet while moving with purpose. The practice is done barefoot to enhance the connection to the earth, promoting stability and awareness.

This pose, which I call "White Crane Energy," embodies fierce balance in the midst of chaos. It is a moment of finding strength in softness and stillness in motion, a perfect reset for the mind and body.

Here I am in a deep Tai Chi stance, a practice that builds balance, sharpens focus, and strengthens the body without high-impact stress. It is a moving meditation suitable for all ages, including children.

This image captures a moment of rekindling my own Tai Chi roots. The practice is about awakening stillness and balance, and this pose reflects the deep connection with the self that Tai Chi cultivates.

About Movement as Meditation: Tai Chi

I conduct our sessions barefoot, often on our studio terrace or at the Biodiversity Park, because the direct connection to the ground is vital for building true stability. We focus on 'holding the energy ball' (Qi) and gentle, deliberate weight shifts, making this a low-impact practice that is highly effective even if you feel stiff or have not moved your body in a long time.
