About High-Energy Group Classes
We follow a 'follow-the-leader' choreography format, so you do not need to be a trained dancer to keep up. Each 60-minute session balances cardio and coordination, and if you are nervous about joining a mixed group, we have dedicated ladies-only batches at our Ashok Vihar studio where you can feel completely comfortable.

Our sessions are a mix of Zumba and Bollywood dance fitness. I personally lead these classes, mixing in group dance exercises with simple, effective routines. It is all about getting your heart rate up and having a blast.

Flexible Options for Your Schedule
I know life in Gurgaon gets busy, which is why I offer both morning and evening batches. We operate on a consistent Monday to Friday schedule to help you build a habit.
- Monthly Membership: The perfect way to start. You get access to about 20 sessions.
- Quarterly Membership: My most popular choice. It provides 60+ sessions over three months, giving you a better rate and allowing you to track your progress properly.
- Drop-In Session: If you are unsure, just book a single class. Come in, see the facility, feel the vibe, and then decide if you want to join the family.
