Stop chasing generic training plans. Let's build a strategy that fits your biomechanics, your schedule, and your specific goal—whether it's your first 5K finish or an ultra marathon.

Let's refine your running form. I share practical tips like relaxing your jaw, keeping your chest open, and engaging your core. Small adjustments to your running technique can lead to huge gains in efficiency and injury prevention.

Drills are essential for improving running mechanics. Here, I'm doing high knees and other dynamic exercises to work on my cadence and form. We incorporate these into training to make you a more efficient and powerful runner.

Ever wonder what "high-impact" really means for a runner? I break down the forces your body absorbs with every single stride. Understanding this is why structured training, strength work, and proper form are so critical.

Pushing through a tough trail run at the BMF Ultra. This race tested my limits with a misbehaving hamstring and blisters, but mental grit gets you to the finish line. I coach athletes to develop this same resilience.

Navigating a muddy patch during a trail race. Trail running requires adaptability and strength to handle varied terrain. My training programs build the stability and power you need to confidently tackle any surface.

Focused and driving up an incline during a trail ultra. Hill running is a fantastic way to build strength and mental fortitude. My coaching includes specific workouts to make you a stronger climber.

Another shot from the BMF Ultra, maintaining form even when fatigued. This is what consistent training does. It prepares your body to hold its technique together when the going gets tough, which is key for endurance events.

About this collection

Forget 'junk miles.' Most runners hit a wall or get injured because they ignore the basics of biomechanics. Whether you are training for a half-marathon in Bengaluru or an ultra-trail, we do not just add distance to your schedule. We audit your running form, integrate strength sessions to fix your stride, and prioritize recovery—because you simply cannot outrun bad mechanics.

Training with Intent

Many runners make the mistake of adding volume without structure. My coaching is built on a simple premise: if you are going to run, do it right. I don't use copy-paste templates. If you are prepping for a 5K, a 10K, or transitioning to trail ultra-marathons, your plan needs to evolve with your body.

Why Your Form Matters

Running is high-impact. I break down the forces your body absorbs with every stride. We look at your cadence, your midfoot or forefoot strike, and your arm swing. If you are clenching your jaw or letting your core sag, you are losing efficiency and inviting injury. We fix these habits during our sessions so that by race day, proper form becomes second nature.

The Strength Component

One of my non-negotiable rules for runners is strength training. You cannot rely on cardio alone. We focus on:

  • The Big 5: Squats, lunges, hinges, pushes, and pulls to build a durable frame.
  • Core Engagement: Essential for maintaining posture when fatigue sets in.
  • Prehab: Using resistance bands and activation drills to bulletproof your hamstrings and ankles.

Race Strategy & Mentality

Whether it’s a road race or a muddy trail ultra, the win begins in your head. I help you develop the mental fortitude to push through the 'suffering' during the final kilometers. You will learn how to taper properly, when to push your pace, and how to fuel your body for endurance rather than dieting. Ready to put in the asli kaam (real work)? Let’s get started.
