Personalized Running Training and Daily Challenge Coaching
I didn't start as a runner. I started as someone who hated it. Today, I coach you through the grittiest, most rewarding miles of your life—one session at a time.
It's not always about distance. Sometimes it's about intensity. Here, I'm adding ankle weights to a 5k run to build strength and power, a technique we can incorporate into your training plan.
I celebrated my 27th birthday by running 27 kilometers, from the dead of night to the first light of dawn. Running can be a powerful way to mark milestones and challenge yourself in meaningful ways.
Discipline means showing up even when it's inconvenient. This was a midnight run where my parents provided the support (and headlights). Finding your support system is a key part of the journey.
Fitness doesn't take a vacation. A chilly morning run through Melbourne is a perfect example of how I integrate training into my life, wherever I am. I help you build a routine that is consistent and adaptable.
About Training: The Daily Grind & Personal Challenges
When I coach you, we do not just stick to the track. I often introduce functional tools like ankle weights or specific interval drills into your sessions to build power where standard running often falls short. It keeps things interesting, and more importantly, it builds the grit you need for race day.
Building endurance is rarely about the big, flashy wins. It is about the early mornings, the days your legs feel heavy, and showing up anyway. My approach to running is hybrid, which means we combine structured cardiovascular load with yoga and bodyweight mobility.
Why? Because a runner with stiff hips is a runner waiting for an injury. Whether you are prepping for your first 5K or training for a full marathon, my plans focus on two things: consistency and injury prevention.
We work on:
- Base Building: Moving from 'I hate running' to 'I enjoy the rhythm' safely.
- Race Prep: Strategic pacing, interval sessions, and nutrition guidelines for 10K, 21K, and 42K events.
- Mental Resilience: Training your brain to handle the '12km wall' so you do not burn out.
I coach across NCR, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, and my goal is to make sure you have a sustainable training plan that fits your life, not one that dictates it. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training with intention, let's talk.
