My 'Ten Weeks to Ten Km' (TWTK) program is now in its 10th year and has prepared hundreds of runners for success. It was great to lead a combined run for over 250 runners from our training centers across Bengaluru.

We wrapped up the last running season with fantastic results. An impressive 96% of the 626 runners I trained nailed their target events, and 81% achieved new personal bests. Our next training program starts soon.
