Learn to strike with precision. We focus on fundamentals—stance, footwork, and power—so you throw clean punches, not just wild swings. Whether you are a total beginner or prepping for the cage, your training starts here.
A typical boxing padding session where I call out combinations like jab, cross, hook, and uppercut. This drill sharpens reflexes, improves accuracy, and builds muscle memory for striking.

About Striking: Boxing & Kickboxing
If you are throwing punches just to sweat, you are missing the point. We focus on the 'chhoti galtiyan' (small mistakes)—where your elbow is, how your hip rotates, and if your chin is tucked during a hook. Pad work here is a technical drill where we fix your mechanics in real-time, ensuring you don't build bad habits that are hard to break later.
Striking is about physics, not just force. Whether it is a jab, cross, hook, or uppercut, everything starts from the ground up—your footwork dictates your power. At Knockout MMA GTB Nagar, we strip it down to the basics.
Our Training Approach
- Pad Work: We don't just hold pads for you to hit; we catch your strikes to see where your form breaks down. We correct your shoulder and body curve on the spot.
- Shadow Boxing: This is how you develop fight instincts. You learn to move with purpose, integrating defensive slips and rolls with your strikes.
- Muay Thai & Kickboxing: We incorporate basic Muay Thai (Thai pads, kicks) so you aren't limited to boxing alone. It is about becoming a complete fighter.
- Conditioning: You can have the best technique, but if you gas out in two minutes, it does not matter. We build your engine for real fight endurance using functional movements, not fancy machines.
