BJJ and Ground Control Training
Real fights often hit the ground. We teach you the mechanics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling to survive and control your opponent, starting from absolute zero.
I believe in breaking things down to the absolute basics. Here, I am demonstrating a fundamental BJJ technique for escaping the mount position, explaining how to use knee pressure and hip movement to create space. We start from zero so you build a solid foundation for your ground game.
About Technical Breakdown: BJJ & Ground Control
Don't stress if you have never rolled before. Whether you are stuck in mount or trying to escape guard, we fix the smallest gaps in your technique—like shifting your hip angle or placing your knee correctly—before moving to complex submissions. We start from the basics so you build a solid foundation.
Training from Zero
Most people think grappling is just about strength. It is not. It is about leverage and knowing where to put your body. In our ground control sessions, we break down the movement so you understand why a move works, not just how to copy it.
The Curriculum
We follow a structured progression at our Mukherjee Nagar facility:
- Mount Escapes: Learning to use knee pressure and hip movement to create space when someone is on top of you.
- Guard Work: Developing your ability to defend, sweep, and attack from the bottom.
- Submission Basics: Introduction to high-percentage finishes like the Armbar, Triangle Choke, and Rear Naked Choke (RNC).
- Wrestling Fundamentals: Drills for sprawls and shoots to stay mobile and difficult to pin.
Real World Application
We do not just drill to look good. We train for reality. If you want to compete, our Sunday sessions cover Gi and No-Gi sparring, preparing you for state-level championships and inter-club fights. If you are here for fitness and self-defense, you will still learn to handle pressure and solve problems in real-time. Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your submission chains, bring your focus, and be ready to sweat. Chalo, kaam pe lagte hain.
