We are strict about freshness, which is why we require at least a 3-day notice for all catering orders. This allows us to source fresh ingredients and prepare every batch of biryani or chilli chicken from scratch, ensuring your guests get the same quality we serve at our own family table.
How We Cook
When we say Bangalore-style food, we mean it. Our menu is built around traditional recipes that rely on fresh spices and slow-cooking techniques. Whether it is our signature Mutton Biryani or the tangy Baingan Ka Khatta, we avoid pre-made mixes. You will often find my paa, who is the head chef, personally supervising the dum process to get that perfect aroma and rice texture that makes our biryani a local favourite.
