About My Coaching Style: Form & Accountability

Many people think lifting heavier is always better, but without the right form, you are just inviting an injury that stops your progress. When we hop on a live 1-on-1 call, I am not just watching you work out. I am correcting your posture and muscle engagement in real-time. Whether it is a bench press or a basic plank, I ensure you are using the right muscle groups and not just moving weight around.

My coaching style is built on the philosophy of 'Rokne ka nayi' (Don't stop). You might start a fitness journey with high motivation, but it is discipline and consistent form that actually yield results. I have worked with clients across India, the US, and Australia, and the geography changes, but the struggle for consistency remains the same.

I am K11 certified with over 5 years of experience. I don't believe in generic PDF plans that sit in your inbox collecting dust. Whether you are training at a high-end gym or using minimal equipment at home, my role is to teach you how to perform every movement safely. If you are doing a lateral raise or a squat, I need to see your knees, your back, and your tempo.
