Fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. I create safe, personalized programs for every body—from injury recovery and senior mobility to sport-specific training for athletes.

I program exercises safely for my senior citizen clients, like Harpreet, who is making incredible progress despite hip and knee pain. I focus on low-impact exercises, strength training to support joints, and mobility work, always prioritizing safety.

Fitness has no age limit. I design tailored workouts for all ages, like this session for an older client focusing on bodyweight squats and leg presses. It's about embracing a lifelong journey towards health and vitality.

When working with older clients, I modify the intensity and focus on stability and balance. Here, a client is using battle ropes and medicine balls in a joint-friendly way to build strength and coordination.

I recently started training a client who is recovering from a major accident. I created a tailored plan after assessing their range of motion and medical history, prioritizing overall function and health over just weight loss.

From a hospital bed to the gym. This is my client, a true legend, coming back stronger after surgery. His dedication to recovery and training is an inspiration.

This is a specialized training program for a professional golfer. I'm focusing on a combination of strength and power exercises, like kettlebell swings, to enhance his rotational power for longer drives.

Training future athletes before sunrise. This session on a basketball court involves agility ladder drills and cone work to build speed, coordination, and sport-specific skills. Discipline starts when the world is still asleep.

To help a client run faster, longer, and injury-free, we work on key moves. This includes side planks for core stability, BOSU ball squats for balance, and cable rotations for rotational strength.

An endurance-focused cycling session with a young athlete. We maintain a steady, moderate pace to improve his cardiovascular fitness and build the stamina needed for his sport.

Training an ex-army soldier. It's about shifting the focus from what your body looks like to what it can do. Here, he's working on his boxing skills, proving that strength and discipline are timeless.

About Training for Every Body: Seniors, Rehab & Athletes

We don't start with a one-size-fits-all workout. Whether you are working around a recurring injury, improving senior mobility, or training for a sport, my first step is always a full 60-minute functional assessment. I check your range of motion and joint health to build a program that works with your body, not against it.
