For actors and stunt performers, safety is my first priority. I am personally spotting a student as he masters a backflip on the beach. I break down every complex move into safe, manageable steps to build skill and confidence.

I train students in advanced gymnastics skills like the wall backflip. With my direct supervision and spotting, even complex acrobatic movements become achievable, building incredible strength and coordination.

My sessions include professional crash mats and I personally spot every student, from beginners practicing a simple dive roll to actors perfecting their screen fight scenes. We use video recording for immediate form correction, so you understand exactly how to move your body safely and effectively before moving to the next level.

  • Form Correction: Stunts are not just about flair; they are about precision. I record your practice drills so you can see your mistakes, and then I guide you to fix your alignment.
