At Kings Sports Academy, we build bodies that are as resilient as they are flexible. Through disciplined gymnastics, martial arts conditioning, and mobility work, I help you move without pain and perform with power.
Flexibility is the foundation of all physical art. In my classes, I provide hands-on assistance to each student, like helping this young martial artist safely achieve a full split, ensuring proper form and preventing injury.
Students practice the bridge pose (chakrasana) to improve spinal flexibility and shoulder strength. This is a fundamental exercise in our gymnastics and flexibility classes.
A class works on achieving splits and other deep stretches. Consistent practice with proper guidance is the key to unlocking your body's flexibility.
This video shows various stretching exercises we do in class, from backbends to assisted stretches. I work with each student to help them safely push their limits.
Handstand drills against the wall are a great way to build shoulder strength, core stability, and balance. This is a core part of our gymnastics conditioning program.
Upper body and core strength are essential. Here, students use monkey bars and gymnastic rings to perform advanced bodyweight exercises and build functional power.
Strength training is not just about lifting weights. Here, students and I use a heavy punching bag for unconventional lifting exercises to build raw, practical strength.
We focus on building strong, stable shoulders using weights and bodyweight exercises. This is crucial for preventing injuries in both gymnastics and martial arts.

Flexibility is not just about stretching for a few minutes. Whether you are aiming for a full split or working on shoulder stability for handstands, I provide manual spotting and real-time form correction. You get safety-first training on professional crash pads, ensuring your journey from beginner to advanced movements happens without injury.
True functional strength comes from a combination of flexibility and control. My training methods are built on the principles of discipline and consistency, focusing on movements that prepare your body for everything from daily life to advanced stunt work.
Safety and Guidance
Many students come to me worried about injuries. That is why our facility in Ghatkopar is equipped with 6 to 8 inch thick crash pads, Roman rings, and wall bars. I do not believe in pushy training. I believe in proper spotting. When you practice backbends, splits, or flips, I am right there with you, providing physical support until your muscles learn the correct movement patterns.
Your Progression
No two bodies are the same. I break down advanced skills like handstands or gymnastic flips into small, manageable steps. If you are training for general fitness, we incorporate cardio and bodyweight movements. If you are an actor or stunt enthusiast, we focus on fight choreography, core stability, and agility.
Getting Started
We operate across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, from our main center in Ghatkopar East to locations like Vidyavihar and Seawoods. You do not need to be an athlete to start. You just need to show up. We offer a free trial session so you can feel the discipline and the energy of our community before you make a commitment. Whether your goal is weight loss, better mobility, or learning a new physical skill, the first step is showing up to train.
