From smashing cement blocks to surviving car stunts, these records are a testament to the power of Bharatiya kala and relentless discipline.

This video documents my journey through four different world records, including having bikes pass over me and performing thousands of front and back rolls. Each record attempt was a test of will and a promise I made to myself and my country.

A highlight reel of my record where 21 cars passed over my stomach. This feat, recognized by the India Book of Records, required immense core strength and mental fortitude, skills I teach my students.

Receiving the official certificate from the India Book of Records for successfully having 21 cars pass over my body. A proud moment shared with guests and supporters.

Another moment of pride, receiving the India Book of Records 2024 certificate for smashing the maximum number of cement blocks with my head. This is a result of God's grace and relentless training.

Holding our Tiranga high after setting a new world record. Every achievement is a service to the nation, a way to make India proud through strength, discipline, and the spirit of martial arts. Jai Hind.

This is archival footage from 2005, when I set a world record by performing 2,807 front rolls in one hour. This record is a symbol of endurance and the power of continuous effort.

A moment of celebration with my students after a successful record attempt. Their support and the blessings of my gurus are my greatest strength.

The setup for my world record attempt: a 90-foot path lined with 166 cement blocks. Preparation and precision are key to every dangerous feat I undertake.

Seeking blessings before beginning my record attempt. I believe that faith, along with hard work, is essential for overcoming any challenge.

A moment of focus and meditation before attempting to smash cement blocks with my head. Mental preparation is just as critical as physical training for these high-risk stunts.

About A Legacy of Records

You see the glory in these photos, but the reality is weeks of grueling mental and physical conditioning. When I prepared for the 21-car stunt, I battled a serious rib injury just two weeks prior. I didn't stop training because my commitment is non-negotiable. Whether you are learning a basic roll or advanced stunts, I bring this same level of intense focus to every single session.

Behind the Records

My journey began in 2001, not with strength, but with a simple decision to test my limits. Every record you see here, from the 2,807 front rolls in an hour in 2005 to the 166 cement blocks smashed with my head, was fueled by the blessings of my parents, gurus, and God.

Why This Matters for Your Training

It is easy to look at the photos of cars passing over my body and think it is just about physical toughness. It is not. It is about total body control, mental stability, and perfect form. When I coach at Kings Sports Academy in Ghatkopar, I teach these same principles:

  • Safety First: My stunts are backed by years of practice, crash mats, and proper technique. I never teach a student a movement that I haven't mastered myself.
  • Incremental Progress: We don't jump to the big records on day one. We start with foundational strength, flexibility, and conditioning.
  • Discipline: Whether you are an actor learning fight choreography or a student improving your fitness, the discipline is the same.

Train With Purpose

I believe that anyone, regardless of age, can achieve their physical goals if they are ready to work hard. I offer personal training, group workshops, and self-defense classes right here in Mumbai. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start building real endurance, let's get to work. Jai Hind.
