Core Training Module
- Duration: 60 Minutes of dedicated instruction.

Facility & Equipment
- Safety Gear: Usage of 6 to 8 inch thick professional crash pads for fall protection.
- Apparatus: Access to Roman rings, climbing ropes, trampolines, and wall bars.
- Spotting: Manual physical support by the coach for high-risk maneuvers.
- Tech: Video recording of drills for immediate form correction.
Corporate On-Site Self-Defense Workshop
Workshop Structure
- Duration: 90 to 120 Minutes at client premises.
- Capacity: Covers up to 30 participants.
- Team: Led by Chief Coach plus 2 Demonstration Assistants.
Technical Curriculum
- Situational Awareness: Verbal de-escalation and threat recognition.
- Release Techniques: Escapes from wrist holds, hair grabs, and chokeholds.
- Striking: Effective strikes using elbows, knees, and palms.
- Improvised Weapons: Defense using everyday objects like pens, keys, or bags.
- Demos: Full-contact demonstrations by the training staff.
Residential Intensive Training Camp
Camp Logistics
- Duration: 3 to 4 Days (Residential).
- Accommodation: Shared dormitory-style lodging (separated by gender).
- Meals: Inclusive vegetarian Indian meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, High Tea).
- Transport: Shared bus travel from Academy to camp venue.
Activities
- Training: Daily sessions covering Karate, Kickboxing, Yoga, and Gymnastics.
- Events: Nunchaku training, tile breaking basics, and outdoor athletic games.
- Certification: Certificate of participation provided upon completion.

Since 2004, I’ve put my heart into helping people move better and feel stronger. Yeh sab karte hain ki Bharatiya kala (Indian art) ka naam roshan ho. I’m big on commitment - ek baar bol diya, toh ho gaya (once I’ve said it, it’s done).

- Team workshops for corporates, colleges, schools - building confidence and unity.
- Corporate self-defense training, especially for women. Practical, hands-on, and real-world.
- We also bring functional movement workshops to campuses and events.

Main Chainsingh Rajpurohit, Chief Coach at Kings Sports Academy. Life mein limit todna hi maza hai (breaking limits is fun). From Kolhapur, bikes on my stomach, Mumbai rolls, to cars and cement blocks - sab kuch kiya, dosto! (I've done it all, my friends!) Pain, fear, blessings - sab mila.
