About this collection

My approach is simple: we turn high energy into focused skill using safe, interlocking EVA foam mats and age-appropriate apparatus. We don't just teach children to tumble; we provide hands-on spotting for every student to ensure they learn forward rolls, cartwheels, and balance drills with perfect form and total confidence.

Building Foundation and Discipline

In our Junior Gymnastics Foundation program, training is structured to keep children engaged while teaching them real, measurable skills. We operate out of our Ghatkopar facilities, where every batch for ages 4 to 12 is limited in size to ensure close supervision. We focus on the basics that matter: strength, split stretching, and body control.

The Training Process

My coaches and I guide students through three sessions per week, covering essential movements like:

  • Floor Work: Master forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.
  • Flexibility: Regular drills using cylindrical foam barrels and wedge mats to safely achieve splits and backbends (chakrasana).
  • Apparatus Training: Introduction to rope climbing and Roman rings to build upper body strength, plus trampoline work for aerial awareness.

Safety and Progression

We understand that safety is the first concern for any parent. We rely on manual spotting rather than foam pits, ensuring that my trainers are always right next to your child as they learn a new move. Whether it is a simple jump or a complex dive roll, we push the students to improve their physical conditioning, but never at the expense of technique. We believe that if a child builds discipline and respect for the process now, they carry those traits into every other part of their life. It is not just about the acrobatics; it is about raising a strong, confident young champion.
