About Advanced Acrobatics & Stunts

You do not need a background in gymnastics to start. In our sessions, we focus on safe progression—you will use wedge mats and my direct support for spotting until your form is solid. Whether it is a 540-degree kick or a backflip, I break every move into steps so you can train hard without injury.
