About this collection

You do not need a background in gymnastics to start. In our sessions, we focus on safe progression—you will use wedge mats and my direct support for spotting until your form is solid. Whether it is a 540-degree kick or a backflip, I break every move into steps so you can train hard without injury.

My Approach to Stunt Training

I don't just teach tricks. My philosophy, developed through years of training and record-breaking, is built on discipline and physical intelligence. When you train with me, you aren't just learning a move; you are learning how to control your body in the air.

The Stunt Training Curriculum

We split our sessions to cover everything from raw athleticism to screen-ready action:

  • Foundation: Before you flip, you must master the land. We start with bodyweight circuits, core strengthening, and handstands against the wall to build the balance required for advanced aerial work.
  • Aerial Skills: Once the foundation is set, we move to backflips, side flips, and wall runs. For those interested in stunt performance, we integrate martial arts kicks like the 540-degree kick, essential for fight choreography.
  • The Juhu Sessions: We take training to the beach. The sand provides a natural, forgiving surface for practicing landings, and the environment adds an element of focus needed for real-world stunt performance.
  • Screen Readiness: If you are an actor or aspire to be one, I coach specifically on how to make your movements look sharp and powerful on camera.

Safety First

Accidents happen when you rush. My classes rely on manual spotting. I am physically present to guide your rotation and landing. We use foam blocks, trampolines, and crash mats to ensure you are safe while you push your physical limits.
