Building strength, flexibility, and discipline, one small step at a time. My beginner classes create a safe, playful space for your little ones to learn and start their fitness journey the right way. Thik hai?

Our toddler gymnastics session begins with simple stretches. I guide the little ones through basic movements to improve their flexibility and teach them discipline from a young age.

It all starts with flexibility, even for my youngest students. This little gymnast is only three years old and is already learning how to stretch correctly with my help. We make it safe and fun for them.

Watch as I carefully guide a young student through a front walkover. I say "Thik hai? Slowly," to make sure he is comfortable and performs the move with the right form.

Here, I am spotting a young boy as he practices a back flip on the mat. My hands-on approach ensures every child feels safe while trying new and challenging moves.

Even simple tools like a hula hoop can be great for developing coordination. This young student is having fun while learning to control her body movements in our studio.

This video shows our beginner classes in an outdoor setting. We work on fundamental skills like cartwheels and rolls on soft mats, with coaches providing constant support.

This montage shows the variety in our training, from a toddler having fun with a hula hoop to more advanced students practicing flips and handstands. There is a starting point for everyone.

About Starting Strong: Toddler & Beginner Classes

In my sessions, we focus on steady, safe progress rather than rushing. Whether we are training in the indoor studio or at the Sector-88 outdoor setup, I personally use manual spotting techniques for every new move to ensure your child builds coordination without risk of injury. We start with fundamental stretching and balance exercises, making sure every child masters the correct form before trying anything else.
