About The Coach's Corner: My Credentials & Approach
Getting an 'A' grade certification from the Sports Authority of India isn't just a badge, it means I know exactly how to spot a student's movement on the bars or floor to prevent injury. When you train with me, you are learning the precise technical nuances required for SGFI and CBSE National standards, ensuring you or your child builds a foundation that is actually safe and performance-ready.
Most people see gymnastics as just flipping, but it is science. My training focuses on progression. We start from ground zero—correct hand placements, core engagement, and balance. In our indoor Sector-16 academy, we use professional crash pads and spotting belts because safety is non-negotiable.
Whether you are aiming for district meets or just want to improve your flexibility, the approach is the same. We emphasize consistency. You will hear me say 'Thik hai?' because I need to know you are with me. For students aiming for the CBSE Nationals or SGFI, we ramp up the intensity. We do 6 days a week, focus on plyometrics, and watch routines under competition criteria. If you are training at our outdoor setup in RPS Savana (Sector-88), we work heavily on foundation and body awareness.
Either way, the goal remains the same: building strength, confidence, and discipline. I do not believe in short cuts. I believe in repetition, hard work, and the right guidance. If you are ready to put in the effort, you are welcome in my batch. Jai Hind!
