About this collection

We teach from scratch, so you do not need a background in fighting to start. In our amateur sessions, we focus on technique, conditioning, and pad work without any contact sparring, giving you a safe way to master the basics while getting that high-intensity cardio burn.

Your Path to Progression

Whether you are looking to blow off steam or learn a serious skill, we break training down into two clear paths. If you are starting out, our Amateur Access allows you to rotate through boxing, kickboxing, and functional drills at your home branch three times a week. We focus on form, agility, and cardiovascular health without the pressure of sparring.

If you are looking to go deeper, our Pro Access unlocks the full curriculum, including BJJ and Muay Thai, with unlimited access across two branches. This tier includes supervised, controlled sparring, which is where you really learn to apply the technical drills in real-time.

  • Safety: Safety is our priority. We run structured, supervised sessions. For those in the Pro program, bringing your own mouthguards and groin guards is mandatory for sparring.
