These techniques are not just for the dojo. I serve as the official coach for the Delhi Police Security Battalion, and I teach the same reality-based self-defense methods to my students here.

This was a proud moment for me, seeing my self-defense manual unveiled by the Delhi Police Commissioner. It represents years of hard work and dedication, and it is an honor to have my techniques recognized and trusted by the force.

A glimpse from the All India Women Karate Championship organized with the Delhi Police. I am passionate about women's empowerment, and events like these provide a powerful platform for female karatekas to showcase their strength and skill.

Receiving a token of appreciation from the Delhi Police on Republic Day. My association with the force is a matter of great pride and responsibility, and I am dedicated to providing the best possible self-defense training.

My self-defense manual was featured on the official Delhi Police website after its launch. This recognition reinforces my commitment to making practical safety knowledge accessible to more people.

On Teacher's Day, I remember my own mentors and guides. My work with senior officials in the Delhi Police is built on a foundation of mutual respect and a shared goal of service.

It is always a special occasion when we have esteemed guests to motivate the students. Here, a young student receives her certificate from DCP Tanu Sharma, a wonderful moment that celebrates her hard work and progress.

Another one of my students being awarded his certificate by DCP Tanu Sharma. Having role models from the police force visit our dojo inspires the children and reinforces the value of discipline and service.

A young female student proudly receives her certificate. It is a joy to see the confidence in my students grow, especially when it is recognized by respected figures like DCP Tanu Sharma.

A student advances to his next level, receiving his new belt and certificate. These ceremonies are important milestones in a student's karate journey, marking their dedication and skill progression.

Each certificate represents countless hours of practice and focus. I am proud of every student who commits to this path and earns their next rank through perseverance.

About Trusted by the Delhi Police

When I work with the Delhi Police Security Battalion, we focus on high-pressure, realistic scenarios rather than just theory. In my sessions, we do not just practice katas; we run drills using focus pads to build the reflex speed you actually need on the street. Whether you are a student or a working professional, the goal is to make these movements second nature so you can stay calm and in control when it matters most.

Why Police-Grade Training Matters

Many self-defense classes focus on aesthetic moves that look good in a gym but fail when you are actually under stress. My methodology, which earned the trust of the Delhi Police, is different. It is about understanding threat analysis, identifying danger before it escalates, and maintaining composure.

What You Will Learn:

  • Practical Reflexes: We prioritize drills that improve explosive power and hip rotation, ensuring that your strikes are effective regardless of your physical strength.
  • Situational Awareness: Safety begins before a fight starts. We cover protocols for everyday scenarios like navigating parking lots, using cabs, and moving through crowds.
  • Assertiveness: A huge part of the training is vocalization—overcoming the social conditioning that tells us to stay quiet. Learning to say 'no' loudly and clearly is as important as the physical blocks I teach.

The Zenshin Dojo Standard: Whether you are joining a corporate safety workshop or a 1-on-1 private session, the rigor remains the same. I am a 5th Dan Blackbelt and an Asian Karate Federation Judge, and I personally oversee every correction. We train using improvised tools—keys, pens, bags—because true self-defense is about using what you have in your hand, right now.

Oss. This is about more than fighting. It is about building a mindset that values 'daily practice' over quick fixes. When you train with us at Zenshin Dojo, you are learning the same protocol used by the force that protects our city.
