- Architectural Services: Complete 2D planning, 3D elevation, structural drawings, and liaison for government sanctioning (MCD/HUDA/MCF).
- Steel Structure: Exclusive use of TATA Tiscon or Jindal Panther (Fe 550 SD) for structural integrity.
- Cement & Aggregates: Ultratech or Ambuja cement with screened 20mm/10mm blue stone aggregates.
- Brickwork: Class-1 Red Bricks or high-density Fly Ash bricks using 1:4 cement mortar.
Premium Interiors & Finishing
- Flooring: Italian Marble in living/dining areas (Basic rate approx. INR 250/sq.ft.) and premium wooden laminate or GVT tiles in bedrooms.

- Structural Audits: Physical inspection of steel reinforcement binding, overlaps, and spacing prior to every concrete pour.
- Material Verification: Quality checks on incoming stock including cement expiry dates, sand silt content, and brick density to prevent pilferage.
Quality Control & Snagging
- Finishing Inspections: Checks for floor level differences, false ceiling alignment, strip light symmetry, and grout line precision.
- Snagging Reports: Weekly PDF/digital reports flagging defects like unsafe scaffolding, skipped curing, or unprotected fixtures.
- Bill Certification: Verification of actual on-site measurements against contractor bills to prevent over-invoicing.
Management & Safety
- Timeline Tracking: Creation of PERT/CPM charts to push contractors towards meeting deadlines.
- Safety Protocols: Enforcement of basic site safety standards including the use of helmets and harnesses.

Those jobs needed pin point precision and took डेढ़ साल (1.5 years) with imported materials and zero tolerance for mistakes. But it’s not just about big names - we bring the same focus to builder floors, duplex homes, apartment complexes, and large plotted developments across Delhi NCR and beyond.
How We Work
- We start with planning and design, including architectural drawings, MEP & HVAC, and getting all the government approvals sorted.
- Construction is hands-on. My team manages everything on-site, from foundation to finishing.
- I believe in constant on-site supervision for residential projects, catching issues early so you get what you expect.
- If you already have a design or contractor, we offer project management consultancy for homes to keep things running smooth.

My Story

Like, working on Apple stores in Delhi aur Mumbai - bhai, tension alag level ka tha (the stress was something else). 12 meter ka glass lagana, imported cheezein, 1mm bhi adjust nahi.
