What We Do
I run Jhari & Jhari Architects as a design and build firm. Basically, we handle everything - from the first sketch to handing over the keys. My team and I stick around for every step, so you’re not left juggling contractors or chasing updates.
Our Experience
We’ve worked on some tough projects, like the flagship Apple stores in Delhi and Mumbai, and big retail brands like ZARA. Those jobs needed pin point precision and took डेढ़ साल (1.5 years) with imported materials and zero tolerance for mistakes. But it’s not just about big names - we bring the same focus to builder floors, duplex homes, apartment complexes, and large plotted developments across Delhi NCR and beyond.
How We Work
- We start with planning and design, including architectural drawings, MEP & HVAC, and getting all the government approvals sorted.
- Construction is hands-on. My team manages everything on-site, from foundation to finishing.
- I believe in constant on-site supervision for residential projects, catching issues early so you get what you expect.
- If you already have a design or contractor, we offer project management consultancy for homes to keep things running smooth.

My Story
Namaskar, main Ketan Jhari. Architecture for us at JJ means taking on those 'impossible' jobs. Like, working on Apple stores in Delhi aur Mumbai - bhai, tension alag level ka tha (the stress was something else). 12 meter ka glass lagana, imported cheezein, 1mm bhi adjust nahi. But jab store khula, crowd dekha, team ki mehnat yaad aayi - bas wah, that’s why we do this.
