- Foundation: Isolated footings with vibration strengthening and anti-termite treatment.
- Walls: First-class brickwork or AAC blocks with external double-coat plastering.
- Waterproofing: Brick bat coba for terraces and chemical waterproofing for sunken areas.
Flooring & Tiling
- Common Areas: Premium Indian Marble (Morwad/Dungri) or High-Gloss 4x8 ft Vitrified Tiles.
- Bedrooms: AC4 Grade Laminated Wooden Flooring or wood-finish tiles.

We’re Designarium Homes. I’m Shray, the principal architect, and honestly, I look at every space like it’s got its own heartbeat. Not just walls, you know? Like, every corner should have a story. Led the design for Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya in Delhi, which was wild - hands shaping clay, symbolizing India growing up. That’s what I want in my work, meaning and joy, not just fancy stuff.
