Full Home Renovation & Interiors
Civil & Flooring
- Demolition & Repair: Removal of old flooring and non-structural wall modifications combined with anti-termite treatment.
- New Flooring: Installation of double-charged vitrified tiles or AC4 grade laminate wooden flooring in bedrooms using chemical adhesive.
- False Ceiling: Full home Gypsum false ceiling with heavy-duty channels, including coves and curtain pelmets.
Modular Woodwork
- Kitchen: Boiling Water Resistant (BWR) ply carcass with high-gloss laminate or acrylic shutters. Includes soft-close hinges, tandem boxes, bottle pull-outs, and granite/quartz countertop.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling units with MR ply carcass and laminate finish, complete with drawers, locks, and hanger rods.
- Furniture: Custom TV console unit in the living room and study table setups.
Wall Finishes & Electrical
- Paint: Wall preparation with 2 coats of putty and primer followed by premium plastic emulsion.
- Decor: Provision for wallpaper or paneling on one feature wall per room.
- Electrical: Replacement of visible switch plates with modular polycarbonate switches and installation of LED COB lights.
Project Management
- Supervision: Dedicated site supervisor ensuring precision finish.
- Design: 2D Layouts and 3D Visualizations of key areas provided before execution.
Turnkey Bathroom Renovation
Demolition & Civil
- Clearance: Complete dismantling of existing tiles, flooring, and old fixtures with debris disposal.
- Waterproofing: Multi-coat polymer-based waterproofing on floors and walls (up to 1ft) to prevent seepage.
- Base Prep: PCC bed preparation and leveling for new flooring.
Plumbing & Electrical
- Piping Upgrade: Replacement of old GI pipes with high-grade CPVC/UPVC pipes for hot/cold lines and new drainage setup.
- Electricals: Relocation of switch points, new modular switches, and wiring for geysers and vanity lights.
Finishes & Fixtures
- Tiling: Supply and installation of large-format vitrified/ceramic tiles with spacers and epoxy grouting.
- Sanitaryware: Wall-hung WC with concealed cistern, soft-close seat, and washbasin.
- CP Fittings: Chrome finish single lever diverter, overhead rain shower, health faucet, and basin mixer.

Exterior Facade Makeover
Site Prep & Civil
- Scaffolding: Erection and dismantling of metal scaffolding with safety nets.
- Surface Prep: Repairing cracks, chipping loose plaster, and applying base coat putty/primer.
- Dismantling: Removal of old railings and obsolete exterior features.
Cladding & Finishes
- Paneling: Installation of High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) or Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) on aluminum framework.
- Louvers: Application of WPC or aluminium louvers to add vertical geometry and modern aesthetics.
- Paint: Weather-proof exterior texture paint in designated zones.
Glazing & Lighting
- Railings: Updating balcony railings to toughened glass with SS studs or minimalist metal railings.

My Story
Namaskar, main Ketan Jhari. Architecture for us at JJ means taking on those 'impossible' jobs. Like, working on Apple stores in Delhi aur Mumbai - bhai, tension alag level ka tha (the stress was something else). 12 meter ka glass lagana, imported cheezein, 1mm bhi adjust nahi. But jab store khula, crowd dekha, team ki mehnat yaad aayi - bas wah, that’s why we do this.
