Concept & Planning

Construction Drawings
- Structural Details: Column placement, footing details, and plinth beam specs for up to G+4 structures.
- Slab & Beam: Detailed reinforcement and shuttering drawings for every floor.
- Working Drawings: Brickwork layout, door and window schedules, and staircase sections.
Services & Supervision
- MEP Layouts: Conduit planning for electrical points and drainage pipe layouts for kitchens and toilets.
- Site Visits: 5 scheduled architect visits at critical stages (Foundation, Plinth, Slab, Finishing) to verify design adherence.
Turnkey Home Construction
Structural Core
- Materials: Ultratech or ACC cement, Rathi or Jindal Fe 550 steel, and first class red bricks or AAC blocks.
- Foundation: Washed Badarpur sand, blue stone aggregate, and waterproofing for basements and sunken areas.
Interior Finishes
- Flooring: 4x2 feet vitrified tiles in living areas and laminated wooden flooring in master bedrooms.
- Woodwork: Modular kitchen with high gloss laminate or acrylic shutters, SS baskets, and Hettich soft close hinges.
- Storage: Floor to ceiling wardrobes in bedrooms using commercial ply and laminate finish.
- Ceiling: Gypsum false ceiling with cove lighting channels in major rooms.
Fittings & Facade
- Plumbing & Electric: Jaquar or Hindware sanitary fittings, wall hung WCs, Polycab wiring, and modular switches.
- Exterior: Complete installation of front elevation using WPC louvers, HPL sheets, and weather proof texture paint.

- 3D Renders: High definition day and night views to visualize lighting effects and material textures.
- Options: Modern geometric patterns utilizing louvers, glass, and WPC elements.
Technical Specs
- Material Guide: Specific list of materials used in the design such as charcoal louvers or texture paint codes.
- 2D Working Drawings: Dimensioned CAD drawings for fabricators to install cladding and window openings accurately.
- Revisions: Includes up to 2 rounds of changes for color themes or material tweaks.
