Design & Project Management
- Architectural Planning: Includes 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, and structural working drawings.
- Approvals: Assistance with drawing submissions for government authority approvals (fees excluded).
- Supervision: Regular site visits by the architect to verify column alignment, brickwork, and material quality.
- Single Point Contact: Direct coordination with the architect rather than managing individual vendors.
Civil & Structural Works
- Steel & Cement: Fe 550D TATA or Jindal steel reinforcement with Ultratech or Ambuja cement.
- Masonry: Standard red brick or high-quality fly-ash brick masonry (9 inch external, 4.5 inch internal).
- Plaster & Water: Double coat exterior plaster and Dr. Fixit/Fosroc waterproofing for terraces and sunken areas.

How I Build
I’m Tarun Mehta. For me, architecture is not just drawing lines on paper. I’m there on-site, watching your home take shape, making sure it’s built the way you want. I handle everything myself, right from the first empty plot to when you get the keys. Building a home in Delhi-NCR is personal to me - it’s about creating a space you’re proud of.
My Process
- I do end-to-end architectural project management. You deal with just me, no middlemen.
- I start by designing detailed plans - floor layouts, column positions, everything mapped out.
- Construction kicks off with excavation, steel, and concrete structure building process. I watch over every step, from masonry to finishing the rooms.
- When it’s all done, I hand over your new home personally.
The Exterior & Style
- Want a modern house facade design? I’ve done homes with glass walls, dark cladding, and rounded corners.
- If you like classical looks, I do white facades, columns, balconies, and cornices.
- I also add finishing touches like modern gates with cool lighting and steel louvers.
How I Work
I’m present at every important stage. You’ll see me at site visits in places like Faridabad, Gurugram, Noida, and Delhi, checking walls and chatting with the crew. I stick around till the very end, making sure nothing gets missed.
