Scope of Work
- Architectural & Structural Design: Complete 2D layouts, 3D elevation design, structural drawings, and MEP drawings.
- Grey Structure: Excavation, anti-termite treatment, RCC Frame using Tata/Jindal Fe550 steel, and Ultratech/Ambuja cement.
- Exterior Façade: Execution of modern elevation using HPL, WPC louvers, toughened glass railings, and texture paint.
Interior Finishes
- Flooring: Indian/Italian Marble in drawing/dining areas and premium vitrified tiles or wooden laminates in bedrooms.
