Essential Turnkey Interiors
Modular Woodwork & Joinery
- Kitchen: Custom modular units using BWP Marine Ply (wet areas) and MR Grade Ply (dry areas).
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling designs with Commercial/MR Ply carcass and white laminate lining.
- Finish & Hardware: 1mm Anti-scratch Laminate (Gloss/Matte). Soft-close hinges and tandem boxes (Ebco/Hettich Cargo).
- Countertop: Indian Granite or entry-level Quartz fitted on ply substrate.
Civil, Electrical & False Ceiling
- False Ceiling: Gypsum board ceiling (Saint Gobain) with peripheral cove designs and recessed LED COB lights.
- Wall Finish: 2 coats of Putty + Primer followed by Premium Plastic Emulsion paint (Asian Paints Royale).

- Countertops: Kalinga Stone or Nano-White artificial marble with waterfall edge detailing.
Civil & Renovation
- Bathrooms: Complete overhaul including dismantling, re-waterproofing, new GVT tiles, and Green Marble cladding in shower areas.
- Flooring: Polishing of existing floors or installation of wooden laminate/SPC flooring in bedrooms.

We’re Green Ladder Architects, started by Anish and Saket, just two folks with a big dream to change how spaces feel. Working on places like Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum and Parliament, wah, felt epic – ek Bharat, shreshtha Bharat vibes. But most days? It’s fixing up a tiny bathroom, or dealing with a kaarigar whose girlfriend is more urgent than our deadline. It’s messy, it’s fun. We live for the chaos, and love turning blank walls into homes.
