About My Life & Motivation
People often ask me how I stay consistent when life gets busy. The truth is, fitness is my therapy, not a chore. Whether it is training through a hectic week or managing my health, I use the same discipline I teach my clients: small, non-negotiable daily habits. If you are waiting for the perfect time to start, let this be your sign.
I do not believe in magic pills or fancy shortcuts. My life is a testament to 'mehnat' (hard work). When I am not training clients at my women-only gym in Sonipat, I am pushing my own limits—whether it is running, lifting heavy, or just staying active during family time.
Many of you see the transformation photos of my clients and ask, 'How did she lose 20kg?' or 'How did she manage thyroid weight gain?' The answer is the same for them as it is for me: consistency.
My training philosophy is simple:
- No Excuses: If I can prioritize a workout in between travel or family commitments, so can you.
- Real Food, Real Results: I eat what you eat—rotis, vegetables, and home-cooked meals. No supplements, just disciplined portions.
- Mental Strength: A strong body starts with a strong mindset. I teach my clients to shift from 'I can't' to 'I will.'
Whether you are dealing with PCOS, thyroid, or just general weight gain, you need a coach who understands the struggle, not just the science. My programs are designed to fit into a real life—not a perfectly staged gym environment. We train for strength, health, and the confidence to handle whatever life throws at you.
