About My Life and Fitness Journey

I don't believe in crash diets or workout fads. My approach is simple: we focus on consistent, compound movements like deadlifts and squats while keeping your nutrition based on real food like dal-chawal. Whether we are training at home or in a gym, my goal is to teach you form and consistency so you can eventually manage your own fitness without relying on me forever.

Why Consistency Beats Intensity

Most people think fitness is about punishing themselves with hours in the gym or cutting out every food they love. That is why most people quit after a month. My fitness journey taught me that real change comes from doing the basics right, week after week. I don't count reps just to fill time; I train to get stronger at core movements because that is what builds lasting metabolic health.

My Approach to Coaching

When you work with me, you are not just getting a list of exercises. You are getting a partner.

  • Sustainability: We build routines that fit your actual life, not an ideal version of it that doesn't exist.
  • Real Food: No exotic ingredients. We work with the food you already have at home—portion control and balance are the keys, not restriction.
  • Condition Management: Whether you are dealing with PCOS, thyroid issues, diabetes, or recovering from childbirth, I adapt the programming to your specific biological needs.

Why Form Matters

In my videos and training, you will notice a heavy emphasis on form. I would rather you lift a lighter weight with perfect technique than heavy weight with bad posture. Poor form leads to injuries, and injuries stop progress. My 12-week and 24-week programs include video feedback because I want to ensure you are moving safely, whether you have a full gym setup or just a mat in your living room.

Your Path Forward

My goal is to make you independent. I want you to understand why you are eating certain foods and why we are doing specific lifts. Once you understand the 'why,' the 'how' becomes easy.
