My philosophy is simple: you cannot out-train a bad diet, and you cannot cheat your way to results. Whether you join my girls-only gym in Vijay Nagar or follow my online coaching, the rules remain the same. We focus on natural protein sources like paneer rather than artificial shakes or pills.
