Day 1 of my 75 Hard Challenge. Starting with leg day and cardio.
Day 2 of 75 Hard. Today was a shoulder workout in the morning and a belly fat session in the evening.
Day 7 of 75 Hard. Today's workout included biceps, triceps, and 100 burpees.
Day 10 of 75 Hard. Hit a 115kg deadlift today after a belly fat and stepper workout.
Day 11 of 75 Hard. Focused on back and bicep workouts today.
Day 13 of 75 Hard. Discipline over motivation. Another leg day in the books.
Day 14 of 75 Hard. It's not just about the body, it's about building the mindset.
About this collection
I don't just post the highlight reel. In this cluster, I document the reality of the 75 Hard Challenge: hitting 115kg deadlifts when I am tired, sticking to my home-cooked diet of Sabzi and Roti, and managing 4L of water intake alongside my coaching duties. This is not about being perfect. It is about showing you that if you want a transformation, you have to be willing to do the grind even on the days you do not feel like it.
The 75 Hard Challenge is my way of proving that fitness is about mental discipline as much as it is about physical effort. Too many women believe they need fancy supplements or magic pills to lose weight or manage conditions like PCOS and thyroid issues. I am here to debunk that. My daily routine in this challenge involves two workouts, strict adherence to a natural Indian diet, and daily accountability tasks.
Whether I am in the gym in Sonipat or training at home, I hold myself to the same standard I set for my clients. You will see me navigating days where I am sore, busy, or lacking motivation, yet I still complete the workouts. This is the exact philosophy I apply to my training programs at JB Power Fitness.
