About this collection

In our group sessions, I don't just stand at the front and call out numbers. I'm right there with you, checking your form during HIIT or Zumba, and pushing you when you feel like stopping. We train in a no-AC space with good ventilation because we’re here for sweat, not comfort. If you want a space where you can work hard without being judged, this is where you belong.

Training with Purpose

Every batch at JB Power Fitness is designed to be high-energy and sustainable. We mix strength training, HIIT, and cardio—like Zumba or stepper workouts—so your body never hits a plateau. Whether you are aiming for weight loss or managing conditions like PCOS and thyroid, these classes are built to move you.

No Shortcuts, Just Sweat

I believe in real effort. We don't use magic supplements or expensive gimmicks. You will be training with simple tools—dumbbells, steppers, and your own body weight. My focus is on teaching you how to perform each movement correctly so you don't get injured and actually get results. We rely on home-cooked food, not pills.
