My Fitness Transformation & Philosophy
Fitness is therapy, and real change starts with a choice. This is my journey—from finding my 'sukoon' to pushing my limits and building a body that stays strong at 43.
This was my 75 Hard Challenge journey. It’s built on a simple principle: SELF DISCIPLINE IS EVERYTHING. For 75 days, it was two workouts a day, a strict diet with no sugar or alcohol, reading 10 pages daily, and drinking a gallon of water. This program builds mental toughness, and I bring that same fire to our coaching.
This is me on my 43rd birthday. Age is just a number, but strength is a choice. I feel more unstoppable and full of life now than ever before. I don’t ask you to do anything I haven’t done myself.

The SASS Fitness Approach
My programs are designed for women who want to stop being 'average' and start becoming 'savage.' Whether you are joining my online fitness classes for women or signing up for intensive transformation coaching, here is what you can expect:
- Mental Toughness: We focus on the mind first. You will learn to prioritize your routine, stay hydrated, and follow a diet that fuels you rather than just filling you up.
- Hybrid Training: You do not need a fancy gym. I teach you how to build functional strength at home using your body weight, or how to train effectively if you have gym access.
- Nutrition Strategy: No crash diets here. We use Indian staples—Dal, Roti, Sabzi—but we fix the portion control and eliminate refined sugar. It is tough, but it is effective.

At 43, I am stronger and more energetic than I was in my 20s. I practice what I preach.
