Welcome to our quarterly Outdoor Bootcamp, where we take fitness beyond the gym walls. This video captures the incredible energy and team spirit of our community as we tackle agility drills, fun challenges, and build connections. This is what our daily CrossFit and HIIT sessions look like. Led by our expert trainers, every class is packed with high-energy functional movements designed to build strength and endurance. See our members working together, pushing their limits with exercises like cone drills and synchronized squats in a supportive group setting.
We believe in celebrating milestones together, and our Quadz Marathon is one of our biggest community events. It’s an amazing experience to see so many of our members cross the finish line, earning their medals and sharing a huge sense of accomplishment.
Get ready for a battle of strength and teamwork. This is the calm before the storm at our annual Tug of War Challenge, an event that brings out the friendly competitive spirit in everyone. We set up the floor for an epic showdown that’s as much about strategy as it is about power.
I believe that fitness is a lifestyle, and it's important to lead by example. Here’s a glimpse into my own weekend routine, fitting in a quick and effective session of squats, lunges, and high knees. A good workout is all about consistency, whether you're at the gym or at home.

We offer flexible memberships that include unlimited access to our cardio and strength zones, plus 3 to 5 weekly group classes. If you need something specific, our personal training sessions provide custom diet plans and one-on-one form correction to keep you safe. We are present across Bengaluru, including Rajajinagar, Mahalakshmi Layout, and Sadashivanagar. Come by for a session and feel the energy yourself.
