Next Generation Warriors: Youth Martial Arts Training
We build fighters, but more importantly, we build character. Our youth program gives kids from age 5 the tools to stay disciplined, focused, and confident—inside the ring and out.
This is my 8-year-old daughter winning her first national kickboxing gold medal. We train kids not just to fight, but to be disciplined, confident, and respectful champions in and out of the ring.
About this collection
When your child steps onto the mats, they aren't just learning to punch. They are learning to fall, to stand, and to respect their partner. I personally oversee our youth sessions to make sure that the technical foundation is rock solid, because form today means safety and results tomorrow.
Martial arts is the ultimate leveler. In our youth program, we don't care about natural athletic ability or background—we care about effort. Whether your child is 5 or 15, the curriculum remains the same: high-intensity discipline. We strip away the distractions and teach the core principles of Muay Thai, Boxing, and BJJ in a raw, industrial setting.
The Curriculum
- Foundational Movement: We start with footwork and stance. No flashy stuff until they can move properly.
- Respect & Ego Check: Every session begins and ends with a bow. We teach kids to control their energy, not just release it.
- Safe Sparring: Once they have the basics, we introduce controlled drills where they learn to touch-spar without ego.
Why Train With Us?
Training in our Hebbal and Kodigehalli facilities means they’re learning in a real-deal combat environment, not a playroom. It’s gritty, it’s sweaty, and it’s effective. We’ve seen kids who struggled with focus on day one become confident enough to compete on the national stage within a year. You want them to learn grit? This is where they find it.
Iron Fist Fight Club
I'm Charles Peter, founder of Iron Fist. I’ve trained national champions, but my proudest moments are seeing a shy kid walk into the gym and transform into a confident warrior. My coaches and I are here to teach your kids that giving up is not an option.
