About this collection
We don't believe in shortcuts or fitness fads. Whether you are stepping into the octagon for the first time or training for a boxing match, you follow the same technical curriculum as our competitive team. Expect a high-intensity mix of pad work, bag drills, and supervised sparring where technique always beats brute strength, ensuring you build skills that actually hold up in a real fight.
Training with the Pros
At Iron Fist, we treat every member with the same standard. Our women's training program is integrated into the general gym flow because combat sports do not change based on who is holding the pads. You will learn the fundamentals of striking, grappling, and defense directly from coaches who have walked the path, including myself and other state-level medalists.
What You Will Learn
- Boxing & Kickboxing: We start with stance, footwork, and combinations. You are not just hitting a bag; you are learning how to manage distance and generate power.
- MMA & Ground Game: Wrestling and BJJ are non-negotiable. We teach you how to control, defend, and submit, giving you the full toolset of an MMA athlete.
- Conditioning: A fighter's greatest weapon is their engine. We use tires, sleds, and circuit drills to build the endurance you need to last the rounds.
Our Safety Standards
Combat sports carry risks, and we take safety seriously. You will be taught 'chin down, guard up' from day one. We spar to grow, not to hurt each other, and all sessions are strictly supervised. We have the facilities, including the octagon, the rings, and the mats, to let you test your limits safely. Whether you are here for self-defense, a complete body transformation, or to compete, we have a spot for you on the mat.
