We don't just sell gym memberships. We run a technical program where every session has a purpose. See when we train and where you fit in.

Our day schedule is designed for serious training. It includes morning sessions for Groundwork, Wrestling, and Striking, with specific classes for Beginners and Advanced students, as well as training camps.

Our night schedule offers a variety of classes to fit your evening routine. We have sessions for Striking, Wall-Wrestling, MMA Grappling, and both GI and NOGI Fundamentals.

This is the class schedule for our morning batches. We offer dedicated time slots for Beginners and Advanced practitioners on weekdays, with an open mat session on Saturday for sparring.

An overview of our class structure, including Beginners Batch, Strength & Conditioning, Senior Batch, Yoga, and all-levels Sparring. We aim to provide a holistic training experience.

About Find Your Class

Our schedule separates students by skill level and focus area, not just by time. If you are starting out, the morning and evening beginner batches cover the fundamentals of movement and defense. Advanced practitioners have distinct slots for high-level tactical drilling, including cage work, Ashi Garami, and NOGI grappling.

Training Structure

We break our training into two distinct flows. The morning sessions are typically NOGI only, focusing on speed, agility, and the pure mechanics of grappling. This is where we sharpen our movement before the workday starts.

Evening batches are more varied. We blend GI and NOGI, striking, and MMA-specific drills. You will find specific slots for wall-wrestling and cage control, which are essential if you want to understand how a real fight transitions from standing to the ground.

Why the Schedule Matters

We do not believe in throwing beginners into advanced sparring. It is unsafe and counterproductive. Our curriculum is progressive. Beginners start with the basics of safety and positioning. Once you build that foundation, you gain access to the technical advanced classes where we deep dive into complex systems like K-Guard, leg lock entanglements, and ground-and-pound strategies.

Practical Details

  • Sadashiva Nagar Facility: Our mats are open, clean, and designed for rigorous work.
  • Consistency: We expect students to be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will not be allowed to jump into the middle of a technical drill for safety reasons.
  • Equipment: Bring your gear. If you do not have the appropriate training kit, you will not be permitted on the mat.

Whether you are looking to compete in ADCC-style tournaments or you just want to learn how to move your body properly, there is a slot in this rotation for you. Check the timetable carefully, pick the focus that matches your goals, and show up ready to work.

I am Rohit. At IJJ, we don't believe in shortcuts or handing out belts just to keep the lights on. We built this space so you can grind, sweat, and actually learn the mechanics of combat.
